I was always very skeptical of meditation and didn’t have much luck with it for years. Whenever I tried to meditate, my mind would run off in a million directions.

Then about three years ago things came to a head.

Although my body was exhausted my mind was wide awake.

I even tried exercising in the evenings so that I could flop exhausted into bed, but nothing could help me calm my mind and control my thoughts.
Then one day a friend invited me to a meditation session in the middle of London. It was there that I met meditation and mindset expert Sanjib Mukherjee.
